On Friday 25 October 2019 The Settlements Engagement and Transition Support Project (SETS) held a second Sebhiyeh (morning coffee) to continue its consultations with newly arrived people to Australia.
A discussion was held to continue our first discussion which was held back in May 2019. Beside the issues that were discussed in our first meeting, more issues were raised, those are: driving lessons and activities for elderly. There was a good atmosphere at the consultation, people who attended met new people, shared stories, inputted in the consultation and the event ended with a community lunch.
SETS project will continue meeting with newly arrived, listen and assist in organising more activity and courses.
