Archdiocese Hub is a great way for members of our Archdiocese, who play an active role in volunteering and leading, to access important resources and documents in an easy way. You no longer have to search your emails to find certain documents or versions.

The Archdiocese Hub includes the following administration resources:

  • Social Media
  • More…

If you are an Archdiocese department or sub-committee member, have an active role in a parish committee, or are working on any Archdiocese initiative, chances are you should have access!

You need access first. If you’ve never had access see FAQ- “How can I request access to Archdiocese Hub?”

Once you have been granted access you can get to the Archdiocese Hub via:

Before you try to login

To login you will need to have permission first. To get access, you will need one of the following:

  1. Archdiocese Account: Just use the same login as your Archdiocese email ([email protected])
  2. Microsoft Account: If you don’t have an Archdiocese account, you can sign up for free on https://signup.live.com

Requesting Access

  1. Visit Archdiocese Hub
  2. Login to your Antiochian or Microsoft Account (see above)
  3. If you’ve never logged in before, you will need to request approval… When you see the below screen,
    write a brief message about why you need access and this will be sent to a team member that will respond accordingly

The website is a great place to share documents, but the information and documents on Archdiocese Hub are sensitive and should not be made public. This is a secure way to share important information in one place.

Why can’t you just email me the information instead of using Archdiocese Hub?2021-04-21T09:31:51+10:00

You already receive too many emails, and sometimes it’s too hard to keep track of what is what! This will make it easier for the coming years! Especially so you know you have access to the latest documents such as policies, forms and more… Email is great for many things, but you are too busy to go looking for documents in your inbox. This will make it easier for you once you are familiar with it!

YES! If you have Child Safety Officers, Treasurers, or anyone who needs access, we can provide them access with parish priest permission. If you’re already listed as a Child Safety Officer or Treasurer, then your name will already be on file with the Archdiocese.

Can I add information for sharing? I am on an Archdiocese Sub-Committee or Department2021-04-21T09:31:50+10:00

YES! Please let it be known if you want to add news, documents, events, or information that you want to share on Archdiocese Hub! Either go through your parish priest, or head of sub-committee. If you are the head of an Archdiocese sub-committee or department, you can contact the Archdiocese directly to do so.
