Settlements Engagement and Transition Support Project (SETS) in Partnership with TAFE NSW Liverpool are running a Computer Course for Newly Arrived Refugees and Migrants in South West Area.

This short course in practical computer will assist students to gain skills in using basic technology, build confidence and assist them with applying for employment. The writing of simple documents and using Microsoft Word will also assist in the students to increase their English levels and confidence.

Also, holding this course at TAFE Liverpool will give the students access to quality computers and access to information of courses at TAFE that they may want to access in 2020.

18 students enrolled on 23 August 2018 at SETS office in Mount Pritchard. This course will be running on Fridays from 30 August 2019 until 21 November 2019. All students who will be completing this course will issue with a Statement of Attainment.
