With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios, St Michael Antiochian Orthodox Church in Kirrawee celebrated the Feast of St Michael and the 10th Anniversary of building the church.

The celebration started on Saturday 05 Nov 2022 with a Vespers service attended by the Clergy of NSW and a large number of the faithful of our beloved Archdiocese followed by a meal of love. On Sunday 06 Nov 2022 the celebrations continued with a Matins service and Divine Liturgy followed by lunch and celebrations for the achievement of St Michael for the last 10 years. The people were very engaging and the atmosphere of love was among all.

Also, official government representatives were in attendance: The Hon Mark Coure MP, Ms Eleni Petinos MP, Mayor Camelo Pesce and Cr Haris Strangas, who also shared the joy and love with St Michael’s parishioners and faithful.

On behalf of Fr Nektarios, the parish priest and the committee of St Michael, our best wishes to all people celebrating the Feast of the Archangels and thank the official government representatives and all people for their ongoing support of our church.

Blessed feast day and God bless you all.
