On Thursday 11 May 2023, the Antiochian Welfare Association (AWA) held an information session on MyGov and My Aged Care. Services Australia delivered the session.
20 people attended this session and they benefited from the topics which covered the following:
• types of services available online and websites https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/ and https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/
• how to book an appointment with Aged Care Specialist Officer call 131 202 or go to https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/my-aged-care-face-to-face-services ;
• information in your language that can be found on the Services Australia website. For information in Arabic please go to https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/arabic
The session was provided in Arabic and English languages. It was very engaging and interactive a lot of questions were asked and answered.
