On Friday 31 March 2023, the Settlements Engagement and Transition Support Project (SETS) in partnership with NSW Health Western Sydney Local Health District conducted an information session in Arabic on Bowel Cancer for Newly Arrived Refugees and Migrants in South West Area.
14 people attended the session at Mount Pritchard Hall. The session discussed awareness and early signs of Bowel Cancer and explained how to use the free bowel kit provided by the government to people.
The Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese would like to thank NSW Health Western Sydney Local Health District for their support and assistance in providing such great information about health to our New Arrived Refugees and migrants.
