CHRIST IS BORN, GLORIFY HIM

On the feast of the Nativity of our God, Lord, and savior Jesus Christ, His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios has presided over the Matins and Divine Liturgy of the Feast.

In his sermon, His Eminence emphasised that the purpose of our life as Christians is to attain Theosis, that is Deification, and this became possible through the incarnation of the Son of God, God became man, so might man become god’s like by grace”.
