“To You is due praise, O God.”
On Sunday evening 11th December H.E. Metropolitan Basilios presided over a hierarchical Liturgy at St Nicholas Parish Punchbowl. The Liturgy was served by two choirs, the Antiochian Byzantine Music School (ABMS) students on the right, and the St Nicholas English choir on the left.
Following the beautiful Liturgy, the ABMS students presented a recital showcasing some pieces they had learned from the year. The Arabic second-year students presented first, followed by the second-year English students.
H.E. Metropolitan Basilios and the audience were very impressed by their spiritual presentation. At the conclusion of the recital, H.E. Metropolitan Basilios presented the hard-working teachers with a token of appreciation and encouraged on-lookers to sign up next year for the music school.
