On the occasion of its 10 years anniversary, St Raphael’s Mission was blessed to have His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios as well as the Honourable Mark Coure, Minister for Multiculturalism & Seniors join us on Monday 28th February during our feed the homeless service.
With the rain hammering down minutes before our arrival, the skies cleared just in time for us to set up and serve. We were given the opportunity to inform the Honourable Mark Coure of SRM’s history and service before both he and His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios served the bags of food to the homeless individuals.
We are greatly appreciative to both the Honourable Mark Coure, Minister for Multiculturalism and His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios for taking time out of their busy schedules to join us during our weekly service and we look forward to another visit from them soon.
