Community Capacity Building for SETS clients
(Employment Information Sessions)
Settlements Engagement and Transition Support Project (SETS) in partnership with Thrive Refugee Enterprise organised information sessions for Self-Employment opportunity as a Courier driver with Australia Post for Newly arrived refugees and migrants.
These sessions will assist clients to start their own courier business and self-employment with Australia Post.
On 16 October 2020, two sessions were run and 13 clients attended these sessions held at SETS office in Mount Pritchard. Sessions were well received by participants. SETS will continue organising information sessions to benefit our Newly arrived refugees and migrants.
The Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese would like to thank Thrive Refugee Enterprise for their support and assistance in providing such a great opportunity to our New Arrived Refugees and migrants.
