Under the Patronage and Blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios, the annual Sunday School and Family Camp was held at ADANA Christian Youth Camps in picturesque Yarra Junction on the outskirts of Melbourne, from the 1st to 3rd of February 2019. The theme of the camp this year was the Great Feasts of the Lord, 45 participants attended the weekend and about 40 more made it for the day trip on Saturday.
Father Georges Tahan celebrated Divine Liturgy on Saturday morning celebrating the feast of the Presentation of our Lord. Attendees participated in spiritual lessons focusing on the feasts of Holy Pascha, Annunciation, Theophany and Pentecost. The Camp provides a wonderful opportunity for parishioners to be together.
Children and adults enjoyed many of the campsite activities, including bike riding, water slide, trampoline, flying fox, and indoor sports.
