Opening of St Paul, Dandenong’s Community Centre

16th November 2018 | St Paul’s Church, Dandenong VIC

With great joy and thanksgiving to our Lord, it was another memorable day for the parish of the Apostle Paul in Dandenong, Victoria.

By the prayers and blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios, the newly refurbished Community Centre was opened in the presence of the clergy, members of the board of trustees, distinguished guests and faithful of Victoria.

Vespers was celebrated in the Church followed by a procession into the Community Centre where His Eminence sanctified the building with holy water and followed by a meal of love in the Reception Centre.

The contemporary designed Community Centre incorporates a downstairs community hall to service approximately 100 people with a semi-commercial kitchen and amenities. Upstairs comprises of three large Sunday School classrooms, one boardroom and an office.

We pray that it may a place for the faithful to gather for their weekly activities and future events.

Glory to God for all things!
