1 Archbishop's Message

To all of our Clergy and faithful,

Greetings,

We would like to remind you of the laws of the church concerning visiting clergy from the Mother patriarchate or of any function in behalf of any Monastery, church or organisation outside of your Archdiocese.

1-      The Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Australia and New Zealand must be informed by the authority overseas by correspondence.

2-      The correspondence must be signed by the Archbishop to whom the function is held.

3-      Any person – clergyman or layman is holding any function in behalf of any institution of the Patriarchate without a signed and stamped letter from your Archdiocese, is not legal and is not authorized and therefore, must not be accepted.
