Two spiritual retreats are held every year, for people aged over 18 years. 

They are organised by the youth committee groups in Victoria and New South Wales. 

The retreats are held over a two day period, beginning on a Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon.

Victorian Retreat - Last weekend in November 
New South Wales Retreat - Mid weekend in February 

The weekends include liturgical services and meditation times.

They usually comprise three scheduled lectures by members of the clergy and special guest lecturers. Both indoor and outdoor activities are organised in order for people to meet and mix with others from different parishes.
